Reception

The reception building is located next to the parking lot. This zone is designed for meeting, registering, informing guests and just for relaxing. At the reception, guests get assistance with various requests related to accommodation at the hotel (order a taxi or room service, change a light bulb, etc.). You can contact the reception staff for additional hotel services (sauna, tours, rental of sports equipment). Next to the reception desk there is a waiting area with a sofa, armchairs, coffee tables etc. for guests. Here you can work and use our stable Internet, read more detailed promotional material on activities of the hotel, drink a cup of coffee and just relax.

In the warm season, guests can await the registration at tables in the courtyard of the reception building, enjoying a wonderful view of the Malskaya Valley. You can order tea, coffee, dessert and enjoy complete unity with nature!
