We are happy to have you as our guests.

We sincerely hope that you will be satisfied with our service.

• Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is at 12:00.
• Your guests are welcome to stay in the room from 10:00 to 23:00 subject to compliance with the mandatory norms of silence and common order.
• Bed linen is changed once every 5 days. At the request of the guest, an unscheduled change of linen and cleaning can be carried out on request.
• On the territory of the Malskaya Valley, there is a café Panorama with the following opening hours:
  From 9:00 to 21:00 daily
  Breakfast from 9:00 to 12:00
  Business lunch from 12:00 till 16:00
  Last order at 20:30
• Free WI-FI is offered in cafés and guest houses. Please obtain a password from the administrator.
• In case of damage or loss of any property of the complex, the resident shall compensate for the damage according to the drawn up act.
• The administration is not responsible for the safety of your money, valuables and jewelry.
• When leaving, please, hand over the room key to the administrator or the maid.

Policy for guests with pets staying in the Malskaya Valley Activity Park

1. Staying with pets in the Malskaya Valley Activity Park is possible only upon prior agreement with the Administration.
2. An additional fee is charged for staying with pets, as compensation for the costs associated with additional cleaning. The fee is 350 rubles per day per pet.

3. When staying in the Activity Park, the Guest is obliged to get through these Rules and also sign there Rules confirming the agreement with the Rules for staying with pets.
4. If a Guest is staying with small pets (cats and other small animals), the Guest is obliged to bring a container for the pet, toilet trays, bedding for the pet, as well as special utensils for feeding.
5. When staying with a dog, the height of the dog should not exceed 45 cm, while all the necessary veterinary documents should be available. It is not allowed to stay with dogs of fighting breeds.

6. The Guest is obliged to walk his/her dog(s) only on a leash and / or in a muzzle in certain places (to be discussed with the Administrator). It's forbidden to walk dogs in places of collective recreation and on the beach. It is not allowed to bathe pets in the area of the pier, the beach, as well as in other places that are in close proximity to vacationers.

7. There is a farm on the territory of the Activity Park, therefore the Guest is obliged to control the behavior of his/her pets in relation to other animals.
8. The guest's pet should not cause inconvenience to other guests or prevent staff from performing their duties.
9. The guest is obliged to clean up after the pets.
10. It is forbidden to leave animals unattended in houses, on the territory of the Activity Park and in public places.
11. The pet owner is responsible for all risks associated with and resulting from the behavior of the pet, the conditions of its stay on the territory of the Activity Park.
12. It is forbidden to bring a pet with you to the sauna, cafe, public and service premises.
13. It is forbidden to use dishes, towels, sheets and other property of the Activity Park for pets.
14. The guest is obliged to discuss with the administration the presence of their pet in the house/room during cleaning or repair work.
15. The Activity Park does not guarantee that there are no random dogs and cats without leashes on its territory and is not responsible for any damage caused to the Guest's pet.
16. The Activity Park reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the Guest with pets without a refund in the following cases:
    1. violation of the Rules for staying with pets in the Activity Park
    2. aggressive or noisy behavior of the pet.

17. The Guest is responsible for the possible harm that their pet may cause to other people or the property of the Activity Park.
